Returns & Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, please email nickoel@taurusmoonjewelry.com. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry. Any return shipment will need authorization before sending back. All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Taurus Moon. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Repairs

If you have an Taurus Moon piece in need of repair, please contact nickoel@taurusmoonjewelry.com and our team will assist you with issuing a repair authorization. Our minimum repair fee is $25, however, additional material and labor fees may apply.

Lost an Earring?

If so, we can help. Since our pieces are hand made, we will do our best to make another match for your remaining earring. Please contact nickoel@Tauruamoonjewelry.com to find out if we are able to make a mate for your earring, and what the pricing would be for a make-a-mate repair.

Shipping

Each domestic package is shipped with USPS. Please note that USPS commercial shipping can take up to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address. International shipments have the option of USPS Priority Mail or UPS International service.
